The only way to improve in life is to see and dare to change what is needed to grow. Ikenna Ngene moved to the Netherlands in 2004, a young man searching for a brighter future. On getting here, dove right into the academic world becoming a Dr. in engineering (yep a geek). As an engineer, Ikenna has worked in both engineering roles as well as plant management roles since that period. He has also started several companies both in Africa and The Netherlands.

Passionate about helping people, teams and organizations improve and grow, he also realizes that the change starts within. When he’s not working at helping others or organizations grow, Ikenna is teaching in his local church. Ikenna is a proficient storyteller, who has spoken in many stages, inspiring and encouraging with his words. A published author and trainer, he enjoys helping people and organizations find and share their stories.

In his “free” time, he’s doing the most important and difficult of them all – working with his wife to raise 2 boys (yes, it’s work). In all, with humorous storytelling, he is changing the world one story at a time.
