Irial is endlessly curious about how the human shows up in the workplace and their contribution to business performance. Starting her career in Financial Services, she has danced her way through careers in management, learning & development, executive coaching, leadership development facilitator, strategy consulting, organisational design and change management.

 

When she's not doing all that, she loves reading, writing, running, eating yummy food, travelling, and spending time with her wonderful family. On occasion, her urge to write takes over and another business book is born. She's just delivered her third - The Manager's Dilemma - but she strongly suspects another fourth could be coming soon!
