Steve Schafer
Few Words From the Author/Publisher:
I enjoy writing stories that matter. My first novel, The Border, speaks to immigration from a place of empathy, not politics. What drives someone to come here and what is that journey like? I've spoken at dozens of schools across the country and I'm proud of the conversations that the story has sparked.
My hope with my recent novel, eMortal, is that it does the same for conversations around AI. With the blistering pace of progress, we'll soon need to answer some really tough questions about how to qualify life. This novel is my attempt to help spur that discussion throught the lens of a page-turning thriller.
